How to make cold celery and yuba

1. Soak the yuba until soft, which will take about three hours!

2.Then cut the soaked yuba into sections

4.Wash the celery, cut it into sections and blanch it in boiling water

5.After blanching, the vegetables should be immediately put into cold water, cooled, fished out, controlled and set aside

6.Cut half a red pepper and put it into a large bowl

7.Then add a little olive oil (cooked onion and sesame oil)

8.Add a little Salt and white glutinous rice vinegar, and finally drizzle with sesame oil
