How to cut pork liver

1.Buy fresh pork liver, rinse it with water, and soak it in water for 2- 3 hours, changing the water 2-3 times in between.

2.Cut the green onions, slice the ginger, and prepare peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves

3.Put water in the pot, add pork liver, green onion, ginger, pepper and star anise , cinnamon, fragrance, cooking wine, bring to a boil

4. Cook over high heat for about ten minutes, and then Turn the pork liver over.

5.Insert chopsticks into the pork liver.If no blood comes out, it is cooked

6.Place in a plate and let cool

7. Smash the garlic, wash and cut the millet pepper into rings, and put it into a small bowl
