How to make cold eggplant

1. Prepare eggplant and garlic for later use.

2. Wash the eggplant and cut into four pieces.

3. Boil water and add eggplant to steam until cooked.

4. Chop onion, garlic, millet and pepper and set aside.

5. Take out the steamed eggplant, let cool and tear into strips.
