How to make cold okra

1. Okra wash Clean and ready to use.Put water in a stew pot, bring to a boil and add okra to blanch.

3.About 1 minute after the okra boils, pick it up with a strainer and place it on ice.

Tips
1.Before buying okra, learn to distinguish between okra and datura.The latter can be poisonous if eaten by mistake.
2.Don’t blanch the okra in the pot for too long.Over time, the okra will become rotten.The taste and appearance are not good.
3.Spreading okra on ice can quickly cool down and lock in nutrients.After the blanched shrimps are cooked, place them on ice.It's best to keep ice cubes in the refrigerator.
