How to make loofah and egg noodles

1. Pour an appropriate amount of oil and heat until it is 50% hot, add two eggs and fry until both sides are golden.

2.Pour in the loofah cut in advance and stir-fry for a minute

3.Add eggs and pour water

4. Boil water and add salt to the noodles and cook

5. Remove from the pot and serve in a bowl Sprinkle coriander and green onion
Tips
You can add salt in any order.I also added some ageratum leaves as the last ingredient.
