How to make braised beans and noodles

2. Remove the tendons from both ends of the green beans, break them in half and wash them.Fresh cut noodles are ready.

3. Add corn oil to the pot and heat it, add the beans and fry until they change color.

4.Add the ribs, stir-fry evenly, add aniseed, soy sauce, oil and salt , stir well, add boiling water and beans.

Tips
When the pot is covered and stuffy, watch it and don't burn the pot.If the water is low, add some water and stuff it again.
