Noodles ( 150g ) | Cilantro ( Two ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Green garlic ( One ) |
Light soy sauce ( a little ) | Lard (or sesame oil) ( a little ) |
How to make mustard pork noodles

1. Stir-fry shredded pickled mustard pork in advance
(I have posted a recipe for shredded pickled mustard pork before)
2. Boil the water in the pot and add the noodles.Boil over high heat for 3 minutes.Add a little cold water.After boiling, simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.It’s ready to go.

3.Cut the coriander and green garlic while the noodles are cooking.

4. Add a little salt, light soy sauce, and lard to the bowl.Add appropriate amount of boiling water or stock.

5.Pick the cooked noodles into a bowl.

6.Add shredded mustard pork, coriander and green garlic.

7.A bowl of hot pickled mustard pork noodles is a success!
Tips
1: You don’t need to add too much salt to the noodle soup in the bowl, because the mustard is salty.
2: If you like white pepper, you can add a little, it is very fragrant.
3: Use a little more water in the pot to cook the noodles, and cook the noodles in a wider soup.
