Noodles ( 250g ) | Salt ( 20g ) |

Vinegar ( Three spoons ) | Water ( 500 grams ) |
Chili oil ( a spoon ) | Cucumber shreds ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make sesame cold noodles
1.Prepare ingredients!

2. Boil the noodles in the pot, remove them and put them into the prepared cold water.After cooling down for later use, I made two kinds of noodles, wide noodles and thin alkaline noodles.

3.Add sesame juice into a larger bowl, add vinegar, salt and white sugar , add water and mix thoroughly without any particles, then add the prepared ice cubes.
