1.Wash and drain the watercress , place in a ceramic noodle bowl (note that metal materials are not suitable for microwave use).

2. Pour two cups of cold water into a bowl (boil a cup of boiling water like this, one cup is close to 250 ml , usually it will be close to the boiling point in 2 minutes.If there is more water, add it for a while.When the water boils, you can get boiling water).
