Ingredients

How to make handmade wontons

1. Chop the green onion into fine pieces and mince the ginger.

2. Add minced onion and ginger, oyster sauce, cooking wine, thirteen-spice white pepper and salt vegetable oil to the minced meat.

3. Stir evenly in one direction.

4. Peel the white radish, wash and grate, add half a teaspoon of salt, mix well, and marinate for ten minute.

5. Remove the water and chop the radish into small pieces.

6. Add shredded radish to the meat filling.

7. Stir evenly and the filling is ready.

8.Take a piece of wonton wrapper, add appropriate amount of fillings, and shape the wonton.

9. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add the wrapped wontons, and bring to a boil over medium heat.Add half a bowl of cold water.When it boils again, the wontons are ready when they float.

10. Add a little seaweed and dried shrimps to the bottom of the bowl, half a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of balsamic vinegar and a little sesame oil.

Tips
If you don’t like radishes, you can leave them out.
