Dumpling wrappers ( 50 pieces ) | Water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fennel and pork dumplings

1. Prepare ingredients: fennel seedlings, bought dumpling skins, freshly prepared Pork belly filling.

2.Soak the fennel seedlings in salt water and clean them.

3.Cut the fennel sprouts into fine pieces.

4.This is the prepared pork belly filling.

5. Add the chopped fennel sprouts to the prepared pork belly filling and mix evenly.

6. Stir the fennel meat filling evenly.

7.Take a dumpling wrapper and wrap it with fillings.

8.Wrap into the shape of ingot.

9.Wrap them in sequence as shown in the figure.

10. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.

11.Put in the wrapped dumplings and cook over high heat

12. Boil for about 2 to 3 minutes.Add some cold water and bring to a boil.When the dumplings become larger in size, they are done.

13. Remove and control the moisture.

14. Transfer to a plate.

15. Pair with rice vinegar, sesame sesame oil, and Shanghai soy sauce.

16. Fresh and delicious.
Tips
To cook dumplings, put the dumplings under boiling water.Boil for about 2 to 3 minutes.When the water boils, add some cold water and bring to a boil.The dumplings will be cooked when they become larger in size.
