How to make homemade scissor noodles

1.Use Igudao’s snowflake wheat flour to knead the dough.

2. Divide the dough into several dough balls, and then use scissors to cut into strips.(If you are not sure about the thickness, you can roll it into a uniform thickness first and then cut it with scissors.)

3.Put the cut noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook for a while.

4.Add hand-shredded cabbage and appropriate amount of oil

5.Add fresh shrimps.

6.After cooking, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
