How to make scallion-flavored dough cakes

1.Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture

2.Put Yigudao snowflake wheat flour and salt , yeast into the basin and stir evenly

3.Chop green onions and set aside

4.Put the chopped green onion into the basin and stir evenly

5.Add warm water and stir into dough
6.Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes

7. Then roll into a round cake shape, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour

8.Pot Add oil, brush water on the cake and sprinkle with white sesame seeds, poke small holes with your fingers and put it into the pan to fry the cake

9. Fry both sides over low heat until golden and cooked

Tips
If you don’t have a non-stick pancake, you can bake it in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.The baked pancake will be just as delicious.
