Taro: Tonic
Ingredients
Taro ( 500g ) | Four ( 300g ) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make fried dumplings with taro paste

1.Prepare the required ingredients

2.Peel and slice the taro into thin slices

3.Put it in a steamer and steam it for six or seven minutes over medium heat in boiling water

4.After taking it out of the pot, add salt and cooking oil, and use a spoon to press it into taro paste while it is hot

5.Add a little salt to the wheat flour

6.Add water and stir into cotton wool

7. Knead the dough into a smooth dough and cover it to let it rest

8.Cut the rested dough into small pieces of suitable size

9. Roll it out with a rolling pin Noodles

10.Put in appropriate amount of taro paste

Tips
If you feel that the taro paste is too dry, you can add an appropriate amount of cold boiled water and press it together into taro paste.
