How to make hot and sour cold noodles

1.Prepare materials

2.Cut the cucumber into shreds, cut the coriander into inch-long sections, chop the onion into finely chopped green onions, and mince the garlic

4.Pour in hot oil and saute until fragrant

5.Add 1 spoonful of light soy sauce

6.Add 1 spoonful of rice vinegar

7.Add 1 spoon of oyster sauce

8.Add 1 teaspoon of salt

9.Add half a spoonful of sugar
