Noodles ( Moderate amount ) | Chopped green onion ( One spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( One spoonful ) | Lard ( a spoonful ) |
Dark soy sauce ( Half spoon ) | Salt, pepper, sugar ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make Yangchun noodles

1. Prepare the soup base: chopped green onion, light soy sauce, a spoonful of lard, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a little pepper, sugar, and salt.

2. Boil noodles in water.

3. Pour the cooked noodles and noodle soup into the soup base and stir evenly.
Tips
Because I didn't have chopped green onions, I had to use garlic instead.If lard was not available, sesame oil could be used instead.
