Ingredients
Pork liver ( 300g ) | Cooking wine ( 5g ) |
Salt ( 2g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
Dark soy sauce ( 10g ) | |
Edible oil ( 30g ) | Scallions ( 30g ) |
Ginger ( 10g ) | Fresh noodles ( 300GLg ) |
Green vegetables (appropriate amount) |
How to make pork liver noodles
1. Wash and slice the pork liver, shred the shallots, wash and set aside the green vegetables
2. Add salt, cooking wine, corn starch and dark soy sauce (5g) to the cut pork liver, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

3.Put oil in the pot, heat it slightly and add shredded scallions beyond the scallion oil

4. Remove the green onions to control the oil and set aside, add the ginger and stir-fry
5.Add pork liver and fry until cooked
6.Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce (5g) and stir-fry until the soup becomes thick.

7. When the water is boiling, add the noodles.When the noodles are almost cooked, add the green vegetables and cut them off

8.Pour the noodles into cold water, pour the pork liver sauce over them, and add the vegetables.
