Ingredients
Four ( 300g (for two people) ) | Spinach ( 2 pcs ) |

How to make spinach noodles with garlic sauce

1.Wash the spinach, put it into a juice machine, and add appropriate amount of water.

2. Beat the spinach into spinach juice.

3.Put flour in a basin and pour in spinach juice.Stir while pouring to form a dough.

4. Knead until smooth dough is formed, and knead repeatedly.

5. Roll out into thin slices.

6. Remember to cut into small diamond-shaped pieces (cut into whatever shape you like).

1.The noodles should be slightly harder.
