How to steam steamed buns
1.In winter, when the weather is cold, use warm water to separate the yeast powder
Stir evenly and then add flour and stir to form.Do not add too much water, add little by little, otherwise it will stick to your hands
2.Because I have to go to work during the day and the temperature is low in winter, 14-0℃, so I simply Let the dough rise in the morning and knead it in the evening. The dough will turn out well, just like the honeycomb shape in the picture, but not sour, as shown in Picture 1
There is a little too much water, then add more dough and knead until it maintains a certain hardnessIt’s good for shaping, you can knead more
3.I did not add extra sugar, Add yeast powder directly to flour. After the dough rises, start adding dough and kneading it without exhausting air.Just knead it until it is cut and not out of shape. Then, put it in the basket and let it rise for another 20 minutes for secondary fermentation and expansion.

4.In fact, you can steam both hot and cold water directly, which is my first pot.Use cold water to steam directly, and use the second pot to steam directly with hot water. There is no difference. In order to prevent the steamed buns from sticking, just wet the cage with water
I steamed it in an electric pot, which took about half an hour.Last reference, after enough time. Then turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes.Everyone is like this, and we are like this too
The steamed buns are as shown in the picture
The first pot, and the second pot
5.The second pot is soft and fluffy. It tastes normal and not bad.Come and try it

6.The first time I steamed steamed buns, I felt like a success!
