Ingredients
Toona ( 150g ) | Noodles ( 1 serving ) |
Salt ( 5g ) | Camellia oil ( small half bowl ) |
Garlic paste (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) | Cooked sesame seeds ( appropriate amount ) |
Clean water ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for noodles without toon sauce

1. Put 150g of washed Chinese toon into boiling water and blanch it slightly, remove and drain , cut into small pieces

2.Put the Chinese toon into a food processor and add 5g of salt , 30ml of camellia oil, beat into toon paste

3.Pour in the toon mud In a sealed jar, pour camellia oil to cover the toon paste, seal and store in the refrigerator for storage

4.Put 1 handful of noodles into boiling water and cook, drain into ice water, drain and serve on a plate

5.Add appropriate amount of minced garlic, light soy sauce, sesame oil, cooked sesame seeds, and Chinese toon sauce
