Ingredients
Eggs ( 4 ) | Four ( 50g ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Water ( half a cup ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Minced green onions (appropriate amount) |
How to make egg pancakes

1.Crack the eggs into a large bowl.

2. Add chopped green onion and salt.

3. Stir the egg evenly with a whisk.

4.Add flour.

5. Stir well.

6. Beat the egg batter until there are no particles.

7. Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat, pour 1-2 spoons of egg batter and spread.

8. Keep turning the pan to heat evenly.

9. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

10. Take out of the pot, fold and enjoy.
Tips
You can increase or decrease the amount of flour and water at will.
It must be fried over medium-low heat to avoid burning.
If you don’t have a whisk, you can use chopsticks to stir.
