Tomato and egg noodles Method

1. Cut two tomatoes into small pieces

2.Beat two eggs

3. Heat the oil in a pan and wait until it is hot

4.Pour in the egg liquid and spread it with chopsticks

5.After the eggs are cooked Add tomato chunks

6. Stir-fry for a while to release the juice from the tomatoes

7.Pour in an appropriate amount of water to cover the ingredients
8. Add the noodles after the water boils.The cooking time of the noodles depends on the type of noodles.I added fresh noodles and cooked them for three minutes
9.After the noodles are cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce
10.Finally serve and garnish with chopped green onion

Don’t add too much salt and soy sauce at once, taste the saltiness before adding it slowly*
