How to make Umeboshi Guokui

1. Pour the yeast into the water and stir to melt;

2. Add sugar to the flour, and then wash the yeast with water.Use chopsticks to pour and stir until it becomes crumbly;

3.Add cooking oil;

4.Knead into a softer dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place for 40 minutes;

7. Beat the pork into minced meat;

Tips
The amount of fillings can be adjusted according to your family's preferences.If you don't like prunes, you can leave them out and just add more meat.
