1.Use a large bowl to hold flour and add yeast

3.Pour the stirred milk into the bowl containing flour and continue stirring , you can add more flour while stirring into a floc until there is no water, and then knead the dough with your hands. It will be very sticky at first. You can coat your hands with flour first so that it will not be sticky

4.After kneading until it is not very sticky, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place to ferment for 30 minutes

5.You can also place it in a pot, put hot water under the bowl, cover the pot and let it sit for 30 minutes

6. If the dough is honeycomb-shaped, it means it has been fermented, or you can poke it with your finger and it will not rebound.

7. Then knead for another 20 minutes until the dough becomes not sticky at all and becomes a smooth dough. Then roll it into a long strip and cut into small pieces of dough with a knife.

8. Knead the small dough into droplets to make the body of the little hedgehog.(I forgot to take pictures, so I can only take a look at the finished product first)

9.Use scissors to cut the dough, You can cut the thorns according to the rules, or you can cut them randomly, and use small pieces of ham to decorate its eyes

10.Place it in a pot and cook.Brush the bottom of the steamer with cooking oil to prevent the steamed buns from sticking to the bottom of the pot.Steam for 15 minutes.Add enough water before cooking to avoid having to boil the pot to add water during the cooking process.
Tips
After cooking, simmer for five minutes.Do not open the pot, otherwise the steamed buns will shrink.
