Flour ( 3 bowls ) | Milk( 220ml ) |
Yeast ( 7 grams ) | Sugar ( 10 grams ) |

How to make bean paste buns

1.Put three bowls of noodles into a basin.Pour the milk into a bowl and set aside.

2. Pour 7 grams of yeast into the milk and stir until the yeast melts.

3. Pour 10 grams of white sugar into the flour and stir evenly.

4. Pour the milk yeast water into the flour and stir while pouring.

5. Stir into floc.

6.Knead the dough into a moderately soft and hard dough.

7. Divide into small doses.

8. Directly press into small cakes with your hands and add bean paste filling.

9.Pinch and tighten.Close the mouth downwards.Place on steamed bun paper.

10.Put it in the steamer.Put slightly hot water into the steamer.Let the ghee rest for ten minutes.

11. After the proofing is completed, let the steamer vent for 15 minutes.Remove from heat and simmer for five minutes.

Tips
