How to make spring cakes

1. Add 5 grams of salt to 500 grams of flour.Add half the hot water.Half of it is cold water.Stir into dough.

2.Make it into a smooth dough.Knead for five minutes.There is no hard gada in judo dough.

6.Roll the dough from both sides.Roll into large pieces

7. Place steamed bun paper on the steaming curtain.Put in large pieces of dough.Steam the steamer for 15 minutes.

8. Put a small basin on top of the pot.The dough looks good when cut into rounds.

Tips
If you can't make noodles with hot water, you can use warm water instead.
