How to make chess beans

1. Mix the ingredients together and knead them with warm water into a slightly hard dough (I forgot to take pictures of the dough kneading process). After rising for half an hour, move to the chopping board and roll it into a large dough piece with a thickness of 6mm, then use a rolling pin to cut it into 1cm long strips with a knife

2.Rub the strips and cut them into small pieces

3.After everything is done, put it in the pan and stir-fry over low heat. The heat must be low, otherwise it will become mushy without being cooked

4.Keep turning and stir-fry until the beans are golden brown.Don't rush to take it out after turning off the heat.Let the beans cool down slowly in the pot so that they taste crispy

5.Let cool and serve.I prepared a biscuit box, which is quite suitable for the occasion

6.Another recent picture is I don’t really want to eat it
Tips
*Saute over low heat.
