How to make braised cowhide

1.Prepare all the ingredients, as shown in the picture, cut the cowhide into pieces and cut the beef into pieces.

2. Take a pot, add cold water, add beef, add cooking wine, ginger slices and green onions Then let it simmer over high heat, remove the scum, drain and set aside. The same method is used to remove the cowhide, so I won’t repeat the steps.

3.This is well-boiled beef, as shown in the picture.

4. Take another pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add rock sugar to the cold oil, and then lower the heat Slowly boil the rock sugar until it turns into caramel color.Remember to stir-fry the sugar over low heat throughout the process.

5. After the sugar color is fried, add spices and bean paste and stir-fry, then add beef and cowhide.Stir-fry, then add ginger slices and garlic cloves and continue to stir-fry.

6. Stir-fry all the main ingredients and condiments until the rich aroma is evenly distributed, then add an appropriate amount of boiling water and scallions, at this time you need to change a pot to simmer over low heat.I used a casserole to simmer for two hours, because the casserole is not easy to lose water.

7. I paired it with hand-made noodles this morning.Wow, the taste is amazing, the waxy cowhide, The noodles are chewy and comfortable.
