Shiitake mushroom glutinous rice siomai Recipe

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2.Soak the glutinous rice overnight in advance.

3. Steam the soaked glutinous rice in a steamer for 30 minutes.

4.Clean the mushrooms and soak them in warm water for 15 minutes.

5. Cut the onion into thin dices.
