How to make banana cake

1.Crush the banana, put it into the milk, and put it in the food processor.Beat for 20 seconds.

2. Pour the banana paste into a large bowl.(I use high-calcium milk, which is a bit dark.Generally, pure milk produces a yellow-white color.)

3.Add half a bowl of flour.

4. Stir well.

5.Crack in the eggs.

6. Stir well.

7. Fry over low heat.(Use a non-stick pan)

8.Put in a small spoon (one pot can make 5 )

9. It only takes about 10 seconds to flip the bottom.(Don’t use a spatula, use a spoon, two is better)
Tips
