Ingredients
Udon ( 1 pack ) | Chinese greens ( Appropriate amount ) |
Eggs ( 1 piece ) | Ham sausage ( 1 piece ) |
Laoganma chili sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Balamic vinegar ( 1 spoon ) |
White sugar ( a little ) | Scallions ( appropriate amount ) |
Laoganma’s recipe for fried udon noodles

1. Wash and drain the green vegetables and set aside.

2. Wash the green onion and cut into sections, and slice the ham.

3. Beat the eggs and set aside.

4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

5. Add udon noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.

6. Remove the cooked udon noodles and drain them.

7. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it up.

8. Pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry until solidified.Set aside.

9. Add the green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

10. Add ham slices and a spoonful of Laoganma and fry until the red oil.

11.Put in the cooked udon noodles.

12. Add the green vegetables and stir-fry until the vegetables are broken.

13.Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and a spoonful of balsamic vinegar Stir well with a little sugar.

14.Finally add the scrambled eggs and stir well.

Tips
If you buy green vegetables, you can cut them into small pieces so they can be fried easily.Seasonings can be added according to your own taste.
