How to make Weifang’s famous stewed food

1. Prepare the ingredients, boil a pot of hot water, shred the pork, and cut the green onion into flowers (I personally recommend putting the green onion leaves before serving, as the color will look better, so I cut them separately.(depending on your preference), slice the ginger.
