How to make Yuanbao Dumplings

1. Prepare the raw materials.

2. Add 250 grams of water to the flour and stir into floc.

3. Knead into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rise for half an hour.

4. Add a few drops of pepper oil to the meat filling.

5.Add 10 grams of light soy sauce and stir evenly.

6. Prepare half a bowl of water and pour half of it into the meat filling.

7. Stir clockwise with chopsticks until all water is absorbed by the meat filling.

8.Pour in the other half of water.

9.Stir clockwise again until the water is absorbed by the meat filling.

18. Flatten the small portion and roll it into a small round cake.
