Ingredients
Snapper ( 1 block ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 6 ) |
Green onions Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Seafood soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | |
Eggs ( 1 ) | Cooking oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Flour ( 300g ) | Warm water ( appropriate amount ) |
Recipe of snapper and mushroom dumplings

1. Thaw and wash the snapper
2.Wash the mushrooms, blanch them, cool and cut into small pieces
3.Wash the onions and ginger, chop them into pieces and put them in a food processor, add an appropriate amount of water to make a juice and set aside

4. Cut the snapper into small pieces and put it into a food processor, pour the onion and ginger juice into the bowl and beat into a fish paste

5. Then pour it into a basin and mix well with the chopped mushrooms

6. Add seafood soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, chicken flavor and cooking oil and mix well

7.Crack in an egg and continue to stir clockwise until vigorously set aside

8.Mix flour with appropriate amount of warm water to form a dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for half an hour

9.Then knead it and divide it into dumplings.
