How to make tomato braised noodles

1.Soak the dried fungus and day lily, wash and set aside
2. Heat the oil for 7 minutes, stir-fry the onion and ginger, then add the red pepper

3.Add oyster sauce, five-spice powder, soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry

4.Add fungus, carrot, day lily in turn, stir-fry with a little salt
