How to make sesame sauce noodles

1.First prepare the ingredients, grate the cucumber and add an appropriate amount of salt, stir and marinate for a while.(I used a cucumber here)
Peel the garlic and put it into a food processor, add an appropriate amount of warm water and a little salt, and beat into garlic juice.
Put two spoons of sesame sauce into a bowl and set aside.
2.Put the noodles into the pot, take them out after they are cooked, cool them and put them in a bowl for later use.

3.Put an appropriate amount of extremely fresh, oil-consuming, dark soy sauce, Add salt, MSG, and appropriate amount of garlic water and stir evenly.

4.This is almost it, taste it, just make it a little salty, take a while I want noodles!

5. Squeeze out excess water from cucumber shreds and set aside later!

Tips
Cucumbers will taste better if you pickle them with salt to remove the moisture!
If you don’t like garlic, you can just use warm water to make the sesame sauce!
