How to make mutton and radish dumplings

1.Soak dried radish in cold water overnight.

2.Put it into the pot and cook for about 15 minutes, remove and control the water.

Tips
The weather is cold in winter and the dough ferments slowly.Putting warm water of about 30 degrees under the basin can speed up the fermentation of the dough.
