How to make brown sugar glutinous rice rolls

1.Add flour to yeast water, add warm water to form a dough, cover with plastic wrap and keep in a warm place Let rise until doubled in size.

2. Soak the glutinous rice overnight in advance, put it in an electric pressure cooker, and press it for 10 minutes.

3. After waking up, knead evenly and press to release air.

4. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle.

5. Spread the steamed glutinous rice evenly over the dough.

6. Sprinkle a layer of brown sugar evenly on top.

7. Roll up from one end, cut into sections, cover with damp cloth and let rest for fifteen minutes.

Tips
When rolling out the dough, make it a little thicker.Because I need to put glutinous rice in it, I rolled it out a little thin and the skin won't be smooth after steaming.
