Ingredients
Grated ginger (a little) | Dumpling wrappers ( 30 pieces ) |
Chopped green onion ( 1 root ) | Pork stuffing ( 500g ) |
Cooking wine ( 2 tablespoons ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Salt ( 2 tablespoons ) | Light soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons ) |
Sesame oil ( 2 tablespoons ) | Thirteen Incense ( Half Spoon ) |
How to make steamed samosas

1. Stir the pork, green onions and other condiments in one direction and set aside (add water according to preference, usually two spoons is enough)

2.Place the filling in the middle of the dumpling skin and wipe water around it

3.Pinch into a triangle as shown in the picture
4.Press the three sides firmly

5.In the pot Boil water, put the dumplings in when the water boils, and steam for about 15 minutes

6. Installation Serve in a plate
