How to make spinach noodles

1. Finished picture of spinach noodles.

2.A small handful of spinach, remove the stems and wash.

3.Put water in the pot until the spinach becomes soft, then remove it from the cold water.

Tips
The softness or hardness of the dough depends on your preference.If you like soft dough, make it softer, and vice versa.Do not overcook the noodles and remove them when cooked, otherwise the nutrients of the spinach will be lost.
