How to make raisin steamed buns

1. Soak the raisins in advance, blanch the cornmeal and sugar with 70 grams of boiling water.

2. After cooling, add ordinary flour, yeast and 100 grams of warm water.

3. Knead into dough and perform the first fermentation.

4. In about thirty minutes, the fermentation is completed.
