Low-salt light soy sauce ( a spoonful ) | Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make steamed eggs for low-carb ketogenic breakfast

1.Put two eggs into a mixing bowl,
Warm boiled water is 1.5 times the amount of eggs(Be careful not to be too hot, otherwise it will turn into egg drop soup)
