Recipe for ginseng, cordyceps, longan, red dates and chicken soup

1.All ingredients are as shown in the picture

3.Chop the native chicken into large pieces; I usually cut it along the joints, so that there is less bone residue;

4. Add cooking wine to the cut chicken and mix well; tie the green onions into knots and slice the ginger;

5. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and pour in the marinated chicken pieces., blanch the water over high heat;

6. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.Take out the blanched chicken pieces and wash away the foam;

7.Put the chicken pieces into the inner pot of the pressure cooker and pour in the soaked ingredients;

8.Add water to submerge all the ingredients, add ginger slices and green onion knots;

9.Choose the chicken and duck soup button in the pressure cooker for 50 minutes;

10. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and wolfberry before serving, mix well, and serve in a bowl;
