Ingredients
Lean meat ( 100g ) | Corn ( Two sections ) |
Yam ( Two sections ) | Salt ( 2 grams ) |
Chicken essence ( a little ) | Onions ( a little ) |
How to steam corn, yam and lean meat

1. For the steaming cup, I use 350ml, which is suitable for one person.

2.Because the cup is small, put two sections of corn in each cup.

3.Appropriate amount of lean meat, sliced.

4.Peel the yam, wash it, and cut it into pieces with a hob.

5.Two sections of corn and two sections of yam in each cup.

6. Soak the lean meat in boiling water and rinse well.

7. Set aside the blanched lean meat slices.

8.Do not add too much ingredients, otherwise water will not be added.

9. Add salt and chicken essence.

10. Fill up with boiling water and close the lid.

11.Steam for 30 minutes and remove.

12.Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips
The meat slices should be blanched and washed before being put into the steaming pot, otherwise the steamed soup will have foam and become turbid.
