Ingredients
Eggs ( 3 ) | Shrimp ( 2 pieces ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) | Warm water ( half a bowl ) | chopped green onion (appropriate amount) |
Soy sauce ( Appropriate amount ) |
Shrimp and egg custard Method

1. Beat three eggs.

2. Pour in appropriate amount of oil.

3.Pour in appropriate amount of salt.

4. Pour half a bowl of warm water and beat evenly.

5. Filter the beaten egg liquid once.

6. Cover with plastic wrap and poke a few holes with a toothpick.

7.Put in a steamer and steam over low heat for 20 minutes

8. Take it out from the steamer and add the meat and shrimp.

9.Cover with plastic wrap again and steam in a steamer for 5 minutes.

10. Pour the steamed shrimp and egg custard into the soy sauce and add the chopped green onion.

11.It’s really tender and fresh when you take a bite.
Tips
Steam over low heat during the steaming process.
