How to make soybean, bitter melon and pork ribs soup

1. Soybeans can be soaked in advance or not.

2. Wash the chopped ribs and scallops and set aside.

3. Cut the bitter melon in half and remove the pulp.

4.Cut into pieces and set aside.

5.Put all the ingredients into the soup pot and add water.Cook for an hour.

6. Add salt to taste before serving.
Tips
Soaking soybeans in advance can cook them better.
