How to make stick bone yam soup

1. Prepare the ingredients, rinse the stick bones repeatedly with water, and soak the stick bones in clean water for 20 minutes to remove the blood and fishy smell

2.Peel the carrots and cut them into small sections, cut the dates in half, and cut the onions diagonally into sections.Chop some green onions, slice ginger, and mince coriander

3.Wear gloves to peel the yam.Cut into small pieces and put in cold water for later use to avoid oxidation

4.Invert the stick bone Put it into a soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, scallions, ginger slices, garlic, and boil over high heat for 10 minutes

5.When white minced meat appears in the pot, turn off the heat, take out the stick bones, and rinse the excess white minced meat with clean water
