Cordyceps Flower ( 5g ) | Lettuce ( 2 roots ) |
Chicken ( 400g ) | Ginger ( 1 piece ) |

Recipe of Cordyceps Flower, Lettuce and Chicken Soup

2. Prepare the ingredients: cordyceps flowers, lettuce, chicken, ginger

3.Soak 5 grams of cordyceps flowers in water for 3 hours in advance

4.Wash the chicken with clean water

5.Add 2 grams Ginger and Scallion Cooking Wine

6. Pour 2/5 of the water into the soup pot and pat it in 1 piece of ginger

7.After the water boils, add the chicken

8.Drain the Cordyceps flowers and soak them in water for later use

9.Put the cordyceps flowers into the soup pot

10.Reduce to low heat and cook for 1 hour
