How to make tomato and tofu soup

1. Prepare and wash the ingredients

2. Cut the enoki mushrooms in half, cut the tofu into cubes, chop the tomatoes, and cut the coriander and green onions into sections

3.Heat oil in a pan, pour in tomatoes, stir-fry until the sand is released

4.Add salt, five-spice powder and tomato paste and stir-fry evenly.

5.Pour in the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry evenly

6.Add 3 bowls of boiling water

7.Pour in the tofu and bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 2 minutes

8.Add a little water to the cornstarch to dissolve, pour into the soup and boil

9.Add sugar to taste

10.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander and serve
