How to make big-eye chicken fish soup

1.Clean the fresh big-eye chicken and fish, remove the internal organs and leave the liver, but do not need to remove the fish scales.

2. Cut the big-eyed chicken in half and divide it into two halves.Can be cut into three pieces.

3. Cut the tender tofu into small cubes and set aside.
